Q: Can I have a sample roll to do testing?

A: Of course. Imatec supply evey client free sample rolls to do testing. Free of charge, with freight collection. Usually, sample size is A4 sheets for desktop printer and 24"*33m roll for large format printers.

Q: How's the package? Can I customize the packing?

A: Usually with neutral packing. One roll per individual box, with caps and plastic bags protected. Four rolls in one carton. For bulk order, we will make a wooden pallet to protect. And yes, we can customize the carton if you have any specific request. Just let us know your logo and demand.

Q: Can you arrange shipping for me?

A: Of course. For sample order, we will ship by express, such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS. Door to door. If quantity is large, we will ship by sea. Freight would be much cheaper.

Q: What's the delivery time?

A: Usually 3-7 days after payment.

Q: Do you have any assurance policy?
